Rita brings an ABUNDANCE of audio electronics experience, expertise and passion to Carver Audio Service.

In the 1980’s Rita worked as a Carver Service Technician where master the job of being Bob's right hand. 

In the mid 1990’s Rita took it to a new level working as a repair technician for Carver Corporation in Lynnwood, Washington. She once again worked with Bob Carver at Everett Audio Repair/Carver Service and then the Sunfire Corporation.

Bill Flannery:

Bill brings 25 years of experience, unbridled enthusiasm for his craft, attention to detail, and a penchant for EXCELLENCE the first time!

Bill started in the 1980’s working as an electronic repair technician for a large Arizona based pro-audio shop .
In 1992 Bill re-located to the Seattle metro area. The next several years were spent honing his skills at a warranty repair facility servicing car audio equipment from Pioneer, Sony, Alpine, and many other major brands.

In 2000, Randy recruited Bill into the Symetrix Technical Services Group as senior repair technician. In 2005, Randy once again recruited Bill as the senior repair technician for Bob Carver’s Sunfire.

In 2008, Bob Carver hand-picked Bill to provide technical repair services for all out of warranty Sunfire products.
